Maria’s

After breakfast and team devotions this morning, we headed back to the airport for another flight. We ate lunch there at a restaurant that had yummy but spicy Chinese food. To our surprised, they also fed us on the plane. A few of my teammates and I bravely tried the packet of pickled veggies, which resembled guts. Yummy!

The Show Hope interns picked us up at the airport, and we are now finally at Maria’s Big House of Hope! It’s the home of over 140 children and the staff and families that care for them. We had a couple hours before dinner to play with these precious babies!

Tonight we talked about how amazing it is that God planned that each of us would be here at this time before we had even considered going on this trip. He has an incredible purpose for us!

So glad that you are now ministering to those children. You will show them love but I know you will be the one that will experience the biggest blessings because of God’s love being out poured. How beautiful that you can be an ambassador for Christ. Love you, ttmab

I agree with Mimi. You will be a blessing and will also be blessed by the children and staff. So thankful for your serving spirit and that you’re willing to be uncomfortable so you can bring blessings to others. Also enjoy hearing about your team and how you mesh with each other.
You’re sleeping now, I think at least, so trust it will be refreshing and prepare you for the next day.

So exciting to hear how God managed your flights, but also how he put you in a situation where you had to trust Him. Now you’re in the place you’ve looked toward. We know all the little children are reaping the blessings of your obedience to God’s call.
